Our Kitchen Projects
From compact kitchens to complete kitchen transformations, every project is planned around the property, the available space and the client’s requirements.
Complete Kitchen Renovation Services
A kitchen renovation involves much more than replacing cabinets and worktops. Plumbing, electrics, lighting, flooring and finishing all need careful coordination. Each stage also needs to be completed in the right order.
Pierce Project Ltd manages complete kitchen renovations from initial planning through to installation and final finishing. We have completed dozens of kitchen projects across London. This experience allows us to advise on both the building work and practical layout decisions. We can help with appliance positioning, work areas, storage, lighting and the best use of the available space.
Depending on the scope of your project, our kitchen renovation service can include:
Design & layout advice — practical guidance on kitchen layout, positioning and use of the available space.
Strip-out & preparation — removal of the existing kitchen and preparation of the space for the new installation.
Plumbing & electrical work — alterations and new installations for sinks, appliances, sockets and lighting.
Kitchen fitting & carpentry — installation of kitchen units, worktops and associated carpentry.
Plastering & decorating — preparation and finishing of walls and ceilings.
Tiling & flooring — wall tiling, splashbacks and installation of your chosen flooring.
Structural alterations — openings and alterations where required as part of a larger kitchen renovation.
Final finishing — completing the details and finishing works ready for use.
Kitchen Design & Layout Advice
You do not need to have every detail decided before contacting us. If you are still considering the layout of your new kitchen, we can help you work through the practical options before work begins.
Having completed dozens of kitchen renovations, we have practical experience of what works well in different spaces. We can advise on the positioning of appliances, work areas, storage and lighting, as well as how to make better use of the available space.
This can be particularly useful in London properties, where kitchens often have limited space, existing plumbing positions, awkward layouts or structural restrictions. We can explain what is practical, what building work may be required and where changes to the layout could improve the way the kitchen works.
The final design is always your decision — our role is to provide practical advice and help you make informed choices before the renovation begins.
